Currently, due to the nationwide economic status, banks are not readily lending to builders to do spec homes. Therefore, we have no homes available at this time. We do hope to start a new spec home in the near future and we will keep you updated. We are very interested in sitting down and meeting with you to see if we could custom build a home to your exact specifications and dreams!
We also do home remodeling, renovations and additions and would hope that you would keep us in mind if your home is in need of an updated look!
